Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your merchandise to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Custom & Personalized Items
Please note that many of our products are custom-made to order.

Personalized Goods: Items featuring custom names, specific team logos, or unique designs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing error.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@millcreekco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If the item is damaged or defective, please include a clear photo of the product and the packaging.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
4. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
