Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your custom needs! Below are the details regarding our shipping processes and timelines.


1. Processing & Production Time

Since many of our products—including custom apparel and specialized design work—are made to order, please allow for a production period before your items ship:

  • Standard Items: Processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom/Bulk Orders: Production times vary based on project complexity. Generally, please allow 7-14 business days for creation and quality checks.

  • Note: During peak seasons or for large-scale projects, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually arrives in 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Local Pickup: If you are local, you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip shipping costs. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Please contact us immediately at info@millcreekco.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.
